A Sales Executive analyses local markettrends and competitor activity to generate new future business forthe hotel. What will I be doing? As Sales Executive, you willanalyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate newfuture business for the hotel. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards: • Analysis local market trends and competitoractivity to identify new business leads • Develop customeraccounts and travel within the local area to drive business intothe specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share inall revenue streams • Negotiate room rates/packages withcorporate clients • Develop and implement creative localmarketing channels, including social media channels •Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with currentbusiness and pricing conditions • Work within currentbusiness strategies and recognising potential opportunities• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to createan exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensivesales programs • Attend Sales events, as required• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needsof the Sales Director and senior management to include thereporting of appointments, calls made and business leads •Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner Whatare we looking for?
