Job description: Job Purpose Serves as anOperations Excellence (OE) subject-matter expert (SME) to resolveoperational issues and develop programs within respective areas ofassignment. Plans and coordinates implementation of OE initiativesto meet expected standards and deliver maximum benefits in asustainable manner. Key Job Accountabilities Serves as PSP/OE SMEwithin respective areas of assignment in the Operations Group, withthe ability to resolve issues and close gaps to potential in orderto improve Company business performance.Conducts and facilitatesworkshops for achieving desired outcomes and improving the qualityof output.Identifies and develops PSP/OE best practices andinitiatives that establish QG as a leader in the industry.Implementand coordinate the Heart and Mind programs within respective areasof assignment that drive effective behaviour and positive culturalchange.Introduces essential control measures, including specifichierarchies for PSP audit programs feedback systems, and KeyPerformance Indicator (KPI) tracking and analysis. Plan andcoordinate of KPIs (i.e, leading and lagging KPIs), incollaboration with relevant departments and develops necessarytracking and analytical tools for reporting back to the OperationsGroup.Coordinate and formulate the implementation of criticalPSP/OE initiatives, taking into account critical quality standardsand delivery targets (e.g., baseline studies, best practicessurveys, and Level 3 implementation plans).Assist in development ofstructured training program, to include training materials, andconducts training related to PSP/OE technical competencies andassesses competency levels of Operations staff.Assist indevelopment of Operations Group and asset level procedures andmanuals related to assigned PSP/OE initiatives, and maintains themto ensure compatibility with current practices.Develops andmaintains all OE-related IT tools for respective areas ofassignment; for example, the ESMS electronic shift reporting tool,MVT, Field Operator Proactive Monitoring (FOPAM), and PanelOperator Proactive Monitoring (POPAM). Qualifications Bachelor sdegree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent. Knowledge and/orExperience 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, orwithin Operations or Maintenance functions.Ability to identify andintroduce new concepts and coordinate change programs.Experience inthe implementation of OE/PSP programs, or similar, within theoperating environment
