Head Hostess

A Head Hostess is responsible formaking the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome,assisting the guests to sit and later give them a warm send off. Toassist in all ways to provide the highest degree of guestsatisfaction. What will I be doing? As a Head Hostess, you areresponsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficientmanner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A HeadHostess will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menuofferings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards: • Manage guestqueries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner •Ensure knowledge of menu and all products • Follow correctreporting procedures if faced with issues • PracticeHilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanlinessand personal hygiene • Assists callers courteously andpromptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible andaccurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay• Has a good knowledge of the restaurant's sittingarrangements • Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safetylegislation
