Operations Manager

Operations Manager To plan direct control thedelivery all over Qatar To prepare a daily collection plan/schedulefor all delivery teams that includes routes targets and forecasttime frame to accomplish the daily tasks To prepare proposals anddraft contracts to new customers and maintain filling system forcustomer followups and contract renewals Coordinate with finance toensure contractual payments are made according to contracts Promotecompany services to new customers and deliver technicalpresentations Create import/export documentation in coordinationwith logistics companies Respond to daily emails in a fast andefficient manner and Act upon customers requests Manage thewarehouse storage operations and safety Develop data collectionprogram for all customers Learn technical background insustainability environment and waste management applications Meetregularly with local authorities Government departments relevant tosustainability environmental and waste management Ensuring thecompany internal quality control quality assurance submittalprotocols and document flow procedures are followed and aresuccessfully implemented Oversee daily core operations of thecompany units (Accountants marketers drivers helpers storekeepers)and lead Employees to encourage maximum performance and dedicationWriting and submitting periodic reports to the head office in allmatters of importance involving the Company Build a highlyefficient team of professionals for the achievement of the companysbusiness target as well as performing periodic evaluations of staffperformance Participate in the selection of new staff. Including:interviewing skill assessment general information on working andliving conditions and security briefings Conduct a monthly reviewof all staff. Include overall performance and achievementidentifying areas for individual or group training Maintain asystem for regular staff evaluation and standard procedures for newposition posting interviewing and applicant selection Management ofcompany vehicles maintenance and liaising with mechanics regardingrepairs servicing and replacement of spare parts Ensure regularmaintenance is implemented for vehicles and equipment Financial andadministrative oversight of the field office including approvingcash expenditures maintain operations with the operating budgetapproving payroll travel expenses office matters Perform any otherduties assigned by the head office directly related or relevant tothe job Working hours: Working hours are typically 10am to 8pm.Facilities are open six days a week Receiving client calls isbetween 8:00am9:00pm What to expect: The work involves confidentialinternal company information therefore You will be required to signnondisclosure & noncompete agreement The work involvesusing the company cash therefore you will be required to sign apersonal guarantee cheque The work involves working from office andvisiting contractors and facilities therefore transportation ispaid by the company Absence from home at night and overseas workare uncommon although there may occasionally be a need to attendmeetings or contribute to a project abroad in different citiesAddition Requirements: Applicants must be fluent in English Hindiand basic Arabic language Hold a Valid Qatar Driving license Basedin Qatar and hold NOC for sponsorship change Job Type: FulltimeSalary: QAR5000.00 QAR12000.00 per month Language: hindi (Required)Basic Arabic at communication level (Required) This job has beensourced from an external job board.
