Specific responsibilities for the role include: • Lead and control the project implementations across Technical ensuring projects are completed as per the organization project guidelines. • Develop and maximize the use of the MRO systems and proposes system enhancements in order to have the best system utilization. • Measure process gaps, define process improvements, implement process changes and control that the changes meet the defined business results. • Develop and execute system and data-oriented approaches in order to support data-driven objective business decisions. Qualifications About you The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: • Relevant College or University qualification to minimum of Bachelor's level and minimum of 3 years job-related experience. • Experience in project management, certification highly desirable. • Knowledge of Aviation MRO Information Systems. • Knowledge of Aviation MRO operations. • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Power BI and MS Project. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Qatar Airways Staff at all levels.
