Answeringany questions customers might have about the reservationprocess. Providingsupport to customers who may need to amend or cancel areservation. Requirements Customer-serviceexperience. Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills. Multi-taskingand time-management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks.
