As a Mobile Cleaner, youll play an important part in providing safe, clean environments and workspaces for our customers. You will provide a dynamic, rapid response to ensure we serve our customers and ensure continuity of service where required.

We are looking for reliable and flexible people who are comfortable working across multiple locations with a changing workload. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet our customers expectations through filling any planned and unplanned absences in our cleaning operation.

On a daily and weekly basis you may need to respond to varying situations and no two days will be the same. The role will be 40 hours per week, primarily 8 hrs per day working 5 days from 7 attendance times will depend on what contracts and deployment of daily/weekly schedule

What youll be doing:

  • To work across a portfolio of commercial office buildings and provide a reactive cleaning service that covers planned and unplanned absence
  • To carry out planned periodical work across a defined area including carpet cleans, steam cleaning and deep cleans
  • Interpret and develop a knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the safe use of cleaning equipment
  • Keep the mobile van and equipment in good working order ensuring a professional image is presented at all times
  • Where necessary transport equipment and goods between sites
  • Report any safety hazards to your manager i.e. locked fire doors, damaged flooring etc.
  • Be an ambassador of the Company values, treat your colleagues and customers with fairness and respect
  • Engage with your customers and make your service memorable, its about interaction not just transaction

A bit about you:

  • Youll be experienced in cleaning and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Often you will be required to service multiple sites each day
  • Previous experience in operating a wide range of cleaning equipment safely including carpet cleaners, steam cleaners and wet vacuums would be helpful
  • A driving licence is essential for this role with no more than 6 points and you must be over 21 years of age.
  • Youll be a good communicator, with a passion for customers and meeting their needs
  • Working as a team, great teams will help each other to get more things done
  • Youll have the flexibility to adapt to new situations, types of people, and ways of working
  • Reliable, open and genuine
