Location: DOHAQATAR

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both administrative tasks and sales activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and reports.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.

Coordinate logistics for sales events trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
