Oracle Technical Developer

1. Qualification

Bachelors Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of hands on development and support experience in Oracle Supply

Chain Finance Inventory modules and 2 complete project lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP implementation.

Certified Oracle Professional are preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic speaking and reading is an Advantage.

Excellent writing skills to include documenting requirements and creating functional and technical specifications.

2. Responsibilities are required:

Experience working with the core ERP modules: SCM Inventory and Finance.

Exposure and understanding of touchpoint financial applications such as AP AR and other module are required.

Should have sound understanding of ASCP and downstream PO WO IR related business processes.

Configures enhancements and fixes in ASCP and/or ERP application including delivery of complex RICE objects (PLSQL).

Needs to be technical detailoriented and able to develop query and analyze large/complex sets of data (PL/SQL).

Building custom workflows in various areas such as AME PO and others

Knowledge of forms personalization.

Exposure to 3rd party integration tools such as a supplier collaboration portal and/or a

3PL/4PL system is a major plus

Ability to work in a challenging dynamic environment on multiple projects

Handson experience with multiple implementations Oracle EBS (iExpense iProc AP FA

AR GL).

SQL*Plus SQL * Loader Oracle Alerts XML publisher Jdeveloper WF OA Framework UNIX win XP with Oracle database Oracle 11g and above.

Candidate should have development experience with Oracle Reports XML Reports and BI and Customization and Personalization.

Experience Work on OAF: CO & VO Extensions.

Good Experience with AME and Self Service.

Creating Interface & Conversions Menus Forms and Functions and good in PL/SQL Packages Procedures and SQL Scripts.

Supports technical and functional configuration including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Supply chain and finance modules on Oracle ERP as well as other touch point systems.

Analyzes designs and implements integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.

Manage the development of system design documents.

Ensures data security is designed into each developed application.

Creates and maintains technical documentation of IS developed applications and procedures per documented standards.

Facilitates testing of enhancements fixes patches and upgrades.

Identifies and coordinates system health checks related to architecture/sizing requirements and tuning efforts.

Manage/resolve technical issues related to the code configuration and performance of the applications.

Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware.

Articulates benefits of standard Oracle functionality to key business management and users.

Review of deliverables and adherence to SDLC.

Experienced in Oracle ERP Application Tuning on version 12c.

Web Services APIs XML XSLT integration technologies experience preferred

Knowledge in Object Oriented concepts.

Handson experience with multiple implementations Oracle EBS (iExpense iProc AP FA AR GL).

Diagnose production issues identifying and implementing fixes in collaboration with DBAs system administrators and application developers.

Provide strong functional leadership directing hands on configuration conversion and process design in the Oracle landscape.

Interact with peer developers DBAs System Administrators and Network Engineers to diagnose and implement patches and bug fixes.

Use various Oracle diagnostics tools and scripts to manage production issues.

Troubleshoot and work closely with endusers and Oracle support to resolve data issues.

Systems implementation skills (scoping planning requirements gathering process analysis and mapping conceptual detailed design configuration testing training change management deployment and support).
