  • Operations Manager (OM) should ensure a company operation to run smoothly and on time. He will be in line with people core operations budgets project delivery and in company strategy Also will be responsible for engaging and developing the members of the teams that they manage and should be able to manage costs and streamline wherever possible and run viable operations aimed at increasing profitability of operations. He must be involved in financial procedures including invoicing and manage margins costs budgeting and forecasting at the company.
