**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage costings, budgeting, and tender processes to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.
- Oversee crew and vessel management, ensuring all activities comply with safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor vessel performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational readiness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Management, or a related field.
- EPIC (or equivalent) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ship management operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of costings, budgeting, and tender processes.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Fluent in English.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the maritime industry.
- Familiarity with international maritime regulations.
