  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software ( OPERA, OnQ )
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Authorization to work in Porto
