- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software ( OPERA, OnQ )
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Authorization to work in Porto
