Roles and responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Drive sales for warehousing and distribution services, actively seek new business opportunities, and retain existing clients.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and stay informed on industry trends in warehousing and distribution.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipelines, and performance analysis, to the management team.
Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.
1. Sales Strategy Development
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase market share.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
2. Team Leadership
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing support.
Motivation and Development: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
3. Performance Monitoring
Sales Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Problem Resolution: Address customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Sales Process Management
Sales Pipeline: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients on contracts and pricing, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
6. Collaboration
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Feedback Loop: Provide market and customer feedback to relevant departments to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Desired candidate profile


Experience: 4-6 years of experience in warehousing and distribution within the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehousing operations, logistics, distribution, and supply chain management.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with experience in identifying business opportunities and managing a portfolio of clients.
Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Reporting: Experience in providing sales reports and business performance analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and logistics processes.
Proficiency in sales and client management tools and software.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales management.
Representation
