Abraj Qatar Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales operations to new heights.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales tasks to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the daily sales activities to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Must have NOC or secondary
- Must have Qatari driving license
- Salary will be discussed within the interview
