You will also beresponsible for all manner of government and semi governmentliaison for clients and maintaining a high level of confidentialityand all necessary documentation securely and in accordance withgovernment requirements. Your NewRole This list of duties is notexhaustive and may change from time to time according to businessneeds : • To project manage tasksassigned ensuring that all stakeholders are kept apprised ofprogress and requirements reporting in writing to stakeholders andmeeting agreed deadlines • Keep the PROlog sheet up to date ensuring all fees and disbursements incurredare logged and recorded daily withoutfail • Follow the company policies and proceduresin terms of delivery of service administration and client servicesas well in all other regards • Act at all timesas an exclusive ambassador for Equiom Group • Tobe the oracle for all government authorities & documentprocessing with the ministries in the State ofQatar • Act as the main link for Operations andClient Services team by taking ownership of all Government andlocal authority requirements licensing compliance and commercialsupport services • Act as point of contact forLabour and immigration tasks making use of network to problem solveand find solutions • Provide clear accurate andreliable information at all times • Lead andsupport clients through Notary Public / Ministry of Justice and otherlocal authority appointments in relation to all documentationrequired for corporateservices • Make sure allthe documents are correct prior to attendingappointments • Respectfully advocating for theclient where there is certainty of our position being the correctone • To have strong relationships at the NotaryPublic and all government departments in the State ofQatar • Have strong understanding of Companydocumentation such as AOAs MOAs resolutions share transferinstruments POAs being able to draft review and confirm theaccuracy of such documents and providing timely feedback on anysuggested changes (limited to the requirements as per thegovernment department and not on points oflaw) • Work closely with the Client Services Teamproviding clear and accurate feasibility information in relation tonew company formation in the State ofQatar • Provide weekly reports to your manager onrelevant changes to current processes or legal changes within thegovernment departments that would affect any of ourclients • To submit and ensure the processing ofall types of applications and paperwork to the local governmentbodies including but not limited to MOCI MOI MOL MOFA MOJ GTA QFCand QFZA • Accurately and efficiently implementand maintain all relevant paperwork for each client to ensuresuccessful results while ensuring confidentiality and documentsecurity • Ensure compliance with companystandards policies andprocedures
