Sr. / Executive-Ecommerce Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

An E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the ecommerce portal functionalities & product listing/cataloging for an Mittsure e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive product scrutinizing, online activities & improve customer experience, product promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including
product listings, cataloging, price matrix, website updates, and order fulfillment processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product & technology teams
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth and improve customer engagement.
Providing customer support, including resolving customer issues and inquiries, to
ensure a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty.
Providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management on
advertising performance and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Skillsets:
.
Strong knowledge of global e-commerce platforms functioning such as Amazon, Flipkart, Mesho, Snapdeal etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
Knowledge of payment processing, shipping, and order fulfillment systems is necessary.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project deliverables, & execution.
Requirements:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
3 - 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Bachelors /PG degree in a related domains such as business, technology, marketing, or e-commerce. (Preferably B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BBA)
Open to travel - Local/intercity
Team handling experience is added advantage
