**Job Purpose**
- To perform Preventive Maintenance and attend corrective maintenance calls
- Daily monitoring and inspection for building maintenance systems
- Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions on an as need basis.
- Comply with all internal policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administrative (OSHA) rules while working.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in FM industry maintenance

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience in working with building maintenance systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.)
- Must have sound knowledge of building maintenance systems (MEP, HVAC, etc.)
- Understand and be able to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Must be well versed in fault finding and corrective measures during operation failures.
- Able to work independently and lead the team with mínimal supervision
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Requirement**
- Graduated or diploma holder or technical certification
- 5 years of related experience, preferably with schools (private / public sector)
