About the role:
Build, coach, and develop a team of business analysts (Operational Analyst & Operations analyst Controller) to deliver valuable and innovative business intelligence and cost modelling solutions for QAS senior management. Responsible for development and implementation of new Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI or similar tools and processes to identify department's intelligence needs

Operational- Provide a robust business Intelligence tool, cost module (create cost estimating process), operational information and analytical reports to share with QAS commercial section, planning sections and QAS senior management.- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions in QAS ground handling operations.- Use of data Business Intelligence and analysis tools to investigate operational issues (including but not limited to issues related to baggage handling, check-in and passengers) and discover insights and make recommendations that will drive the QAS business forward.- Gather and analyses relevant information from business development team and provide timely reports to business and analysis to be acted upon, in order to enhance and ensure the current operational effectiveness and future operational efficiency. Research on the root cause(s) of incident(s), accident(s) and service lapse(s), develop select and Implement the solution(s) to ensure continuous improvement.-
- Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for QAS GH which match with company level of services after QAS senior management approvals, and always provide suggestion to senior management to improve the KPIs’ indications.- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department- Additional Accountabilities - Develop and maintain positive and effective stakeholder engagement and communications at all times, consistently challenging and supporting new ways of working.- Attend QAS Management Meeting and other meetings which are appropriate to address issues pertaining to business development section.- Management & Leadership - Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.- Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.- Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.

Qualifications

About You:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of job related experience- Preferred - Business financial analysis experience- Solid command of English language- Strong background in mathematical skills, engineering and Information Technology- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude, high degree of accuracy is require.- Advanced research and analytical skills.- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet given time parameters.- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.- Interpersonal skills with focus on problem resolution required.- Must possess a strong, decisive and collaborative leadership style- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, equality and respect.- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
