**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities.

**2. **Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems to identify and resolve potential issues.

**3.** Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems.

**4. **Troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve malfunctions or failures.

**5.** Perform regular maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter replacement to ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.

**6. **Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on MEP systems to maintain a safe work environment.

**7. **Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on MEP systems.

**8. **Assist in the procurement of necessary parts and materials for MEP system maintenance and repairs.

**9. **Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to MEP systems.

**Job Requirements**:
**1. **Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in the facilities management or construction industry.

**2.** In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing fixtures.

**3. **Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards for MEP systems.

**4. **Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair MEP system issues.

**5. **Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with engineers, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders.

**6. **Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

**7. **Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment or materials when necessary.

**8. **Relevant certifications or licenses in MEP systems or a related field may be preferred.
