**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated English and Arabic Female Telemarketing Representative to join our team. As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, generating sales leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and features.
- Build rapport with customers by demonstrating a professional and friendly demeanor over the phone.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, sales, and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from various marketing campaigns or events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to effectively address customer questions and objections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to established scripts and guidelines while personalizing interactions to meet customer needs.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and clear phone voice.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
