Medical Sales Officer

. Assist the department to Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities. Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential areas for growth.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to showcase the organization's services. Understand customer requirements, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome. Handle objections and overcome hurdles to successfully close sales deals. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations.
- Collect sales data, track progress against sales targets, and prepare regular sales reports. Monitor and report market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's services. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, including customer details, interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and service advancements through training programs, workshops, and self-learning. Continuously enhance selling skills, communication abilities, and knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This may include revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Support in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, understand customer needs, and gather competitive intelligence. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging markets, and changes in customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Sales team in the documentation and department urgent requirements.
- Assisting, supporting, and cooperating Sales department with any other tasks wherever needed.
