The Sales and Marketing Manager direct and oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short
- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of the sales staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Good understanding what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. Provide related written reports to top management on a monthly basis.

Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the sales manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. You are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implementing marketing strategies in sales; analyzing trends and results.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new deals.
- Plan budget and forecasts of the company in collaboration with management.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Plan to ensure achievement of the company target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and business channels.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Review sales team objective and market progress.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. Identify strategies to achieve the sales target.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key clients.
- Provide to superiors a monthly report on field sales achievements and provide the pipeline of next month strategies to achieve it.
- Continually assess current business sales channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflicts.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions.
- Participate and supervise the tender process; Plan and supervise the pre-work preparing for the tenders. Keep records of repetitive tenders and competitor’s prices, analyze tender records and determine tender participation strategies.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will be continual to enhance the company’s performance and build brand loyalty.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
