Operational
- Responsible for effectively managing day-to-day tasks in line with Rotation program set by Graduate Program Manager
- Plans and implements tasks in order to deliver each business related assignment on time and to the highest quality. Ensures the business is informed of all activities pertaining to business related assignments.
- Develop key stakeholder relationships across the business in order to effectively communicate and work collaboratively together to achieve results
- Integrates successfully into Company culture and values through high levels of engagement and proactively involvement in all areas of the business
- Communicates positively about Qatari culture and shares relevant information for the benefit of Non-Qatari education and cultural awareness. Represent Qatar Airways internally as an Ambassador of Nationalisation
- Accountable for understanding all Company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining all documentation pertaining to business related assignments as per Company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for setting monthly Performance Management evaluation meetings with Line Manager. Proactively works in partnership with assigned Line Manager and Program Manager to achieve the objectives set out in the development plan.
- Represent Qatar Airways externally as an Advocate of Value Based Behaviours attracting qualified and experienced Qatari Nationals to the organisation
- Proactively seeks development from internal stakeholders to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities, in preparation for advancement or promotion into more challenging roles.
- Communicates effectively to Program Manager and Line Manager at each stage of the rotation program on professional development needs
- As a Nationalisation Advocate promotes the benefits of joining QR to external networks of Qatari Nationals. The ultimate objective is to attract a pool of suitably experienced Qatari talent for internal recruitment and promotion.
- Completes Performance Management evaluation forms as required to ensure learning objectives and value behaviours are consistently being met in an efficient and effective manner.
- Assesses and evaluates the value of the Program curriculum and provides feedback to continuously improve the program for new joiners.
- Responsible for reporting any issues related to company policy and corporate ethics of Qatari staff to Program Manager or Human Resources.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
