**Key responsibilities**
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, beverages products, ingredients, packaging etc.
- Prepare mise en place for service
- Maintain an ongoing service standard at all times, respecting the recipes, presentation, portioning, mixing techniques
- Provide recipes and new recipes on a monthly basis
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover products
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that beverages come out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Correctly fill all ISO22000 documentation needed for the station/section the employee is responsible for. E.g. (“production sheet”, “cooking, baking and reheating”, “Freezer or chiller temperature”).
- Adhere and follow all personal hygiene and food safety practices according to HACCP training or ISO22000 standard.

**Key skills**
- Proven experience as a mocktail / juice making specialist
- Excellent understanding of various mixing methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Positive character and personality, open to coaching, learning and improving
