Dental Receptionists

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Greets and welcomes patients when they arrive at the dental office.
- Arranges initial appointments for patients and reminds them about their appointments before the scheduled date.
- Fills out the forms and/or assists patients to complete the information forms.
- Maintains patient accounts and records.
- Performs basic accounting tasks such as collecting patient payments and preparing billing statements
- Updates patient records and documents recent treatment or procedure.
- Performs general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing if needed.
- Maintains reception area clean and professionally presentable.
- Effectively relays and communicates to other front desk team the information and task needed
**Requirements**:
- Must be in Qatar
- With Valid Visa and/or NOC
- Can speak and understand English
- Can speak and understand Arabic language is an advantage
- Experience in Dental Practice is an advantage
- Proficient in dental management practice software or easy to teach with (OPEN DENTAL)
- Working knowledge of general administrative management practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
