Elite Escape for Tourism is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth and partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the tourism industry, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's market reach and customer base.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with partners to secure profitable deals.
- **Package Creation**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative and attractive travel packages, tailored to the needs of diverse customer segments.
- Ensure that packages are competitively priced and offer excellent value for money.
- **Marketing and Sales**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of the tourism market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
**Additional Desired Skills**:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of travel technology and booking systems.
- A passion for travel and a strong interest in the tourism industry.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
