We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s brand and offerings.
- Identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach these audiences.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising to drive traffic and increase online reservations.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content related to the restaurant’s menu, specials, and events.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to capture high-quality photos and videos of dishes.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community organizations.
- Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and community outreach.
- Act as the spokesperson for the restaurant in Arabic and English-speaking markets.
- Work closely with the restaurant’s management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality food content (photography and videography).
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of food styling and food photography techniques.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
