HR Insurance Officer

**About the role**
We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for the day-to-day processing and management of the HR Insurance administration and timely implementation of the following benefits for QR group in line with HR policies by coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
Other operational duties would include:
- Discuss claims with In-house Insurance vendors (Alkoot Staffs), follow up on staff issues/claims which are not processed within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with medical insurance provider to register new staff, terminate leavers, changes in the policies.
- Consult with Insurance providers to obtain necessary information for processing claims.
- Communicate with staffs about eligibility and other pertinent issues.
- Responsible for reviewing, auditing medical claims, evaluate pending claims, reconciliation & handling Pre-authorization requests.
- Maintain staff records and paperwork, including up to date records of all medical insurance claims in excel.
- Assists staffs regarding benefits claim issues, plan changes, evaluate and negotiate with insurance providers on rational claim rejections.
- Provide explanation to insured staff about decisions taken and ensure that the staff gets the full advantage with regard to the insurance regulations.
- Liaise and synchronize with In-house Insurance vendors (Alkoot Staffs) on processing the exceptional claims.
- Gather, prepares data and assist in the preparation of monthly reports, analyses, and publications.
- Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Systems & Administration Team.
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of HR / Administration preferably in Airline industry or Health care company
Preferred
- With financial analytical skills and good written and verbal communication in English
