**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of performance management systems.
- Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
- Other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
