As an Equipment Processing Assistant I within Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC), you will be responsible to carry out offloading, segregation and suppling activity. Ensures to process offloaded equipment and packs as per the customer airline standard. It requires a lot of manual job to wash, check & pack equipment within the allocated time frame. This role operates in house equipment transport systems, Ware washing machines and packing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receives job allocation from Equipment Processing Duty Supervisor and work instructions from Equipment Processing Team Leader or Equipment Processing Agent.
- Receives offload, dismantles, segregates and washes all offloaded equipment ensuring proper handling, and supply as per standard operating procedure.
- Strips trays with equipment from carts and feeds into the conveyor system for washing by machine.
- Receives washed equipment, checks and packs as per packing specifications.
- Ensures to makeup the semi packed units with all required items and highlights shortage if any.
- Ensures to label packed units as per galley loading plan.
- Ensures to collect and recycle unused disposables and menu cards to minimize the wastage.
- Operates automated equipment transport systems, Ware washing machines and packing machines.
- Carries out timely supply of clean equipment to user departments as per flight schedule and report to supervisor for shortage of equipment.
- Cleans ware washing machine as per the standard and ensures that all components are fixed back to its right place after cleaning.
- Ensures safe and economic use of various chemicals and disposable materials that will cost the overall operations.
- Practices the highest standards of personal, premises and equipment hygiene at all times, and follows the safety procedure in handling equipment.

Grade 1-2: Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles - no prior job-related work experience OR

Grade 1-2: N/A

Essential

- Up to 2 years' experience in Airline Catering/Star
- Hotel Job Specific Skills:
