**Position Overview**: (Arabic & English proficiency required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the valet driving company, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize wait times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire, train, and supervise valet staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee customer interactions, handling any escalated issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, service requests, and customer feedback. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of valet services for special events and busy periods.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to elevate the valet driving experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using operational software and tools to manage schedules, track performance, and analyze data.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to changing operational demands.

**Salary**: QAR12,000.00 per month
