**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files both digitally and physically.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and filing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
