**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand clients' IT needs, challenges, and goals, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- **Solution Selling**: Collaborate closely with our technical experts to craft comprehensive IT solutions that address clients' specific requirements. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our product and service offerings to present compelling value propositions.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the IT industry. Leverage this knowledge to position our products and services as forward-thinking solutions that empower businesses to thrive.
- **Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Needs to ensure consistent achievement of targets and quotas.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and represent the Company within the IT community. Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our brand's visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in IT sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic and evolving industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
