**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef specializing in French and Continental breakfast to join our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and overseeing the breakfast menu, with a focus on delivering high-quality French and Continental breakfast offerings. Your expertise in these cuisines will be essential in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Menu Development**: Create innovative and enticing menus for French and Continental breakfast, incorporating a variety of authentic and traditional dishes while offering a modern twist. Stay updated with culinary trends and adapt the menu accordingly.

**Food Preparation**: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to the established standards. Train and guide the kitchen staff in the proper techniques and methods for French and Continental breakfast preparation.

**Ingredient Sourcing**: Select and source high-quality ingredients, paying particular attention to the authenticity and freshness of French and Continental breakfast staples. Develop relationships with suppliers and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.

**Kitchen Management**: Efficiently manage the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Chef specializing in French and Continental breakfast cuisine, with a strong understanding of authentic flavors, techniques, and presentation styles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create unique and appealing breakfast menus, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist.
- Meticulous approach to food preparation, plating, and quality control. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and able to handle pressure during peak breakfast hours.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
