**Position**:Egyptian Chef**

Must have 3 - 5 years’ experience.

**Duration**: Permanent

**Salary**: QAR 5000 - 15000 Per Month As per the experience

**Education Qualification**:Diploma / Degree

**Job location**: AL Rayyan (Private palace with Royal family member)

**Mandatory Skills**
- Relevant University or institute certificate
- Proven work experience as a Egyptian Chef with royal family, five star Hotels or hospitality organization
- Communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Attentiveness and patience
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- English spoken and written

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
*Maintain to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
- Preparing daily meals for the family and guests, whether during regular times or parties
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Give prepared plates the “final touch.”
- Perform administrative duties
- Keep time and payroll records
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Be prepared to deal with any emergency that may arise, following established protocols
- Follow up on regular maintenance of all devices and equipment in the kitchen and ensure that they operate normally
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Any other work as per management requirements.
- Any other work related as this position.
