**House Manager (She)**
**House Manager is required for VIP family in Qatar state**
**Purpose**:
- The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of a high-profile individual or family's residence. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a team of household staff effectively.
- The House Supervisor ensures that the residence is maintained to the highest standards and that all needs and preferences of the employer and their guests are met.
**Role & responsibilities**
**1. Household Management**:
- Oversee all aspects of the residence's day-to-day operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and security.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff, including butlers, maids, chefs, drivers, and security
Personnel.
- Create and maintain household manuals outlining procedures and protocols.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and accounts.
**2. Hospitality and Event Planning**:
- Coordinate and oversee events, parties, and gatherings hosted at the residence.
- Arrange catering, entertainment, and other event logistics.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable experience.
**3. Personal Assistance**:
- Act as a personal assistant to the employer, managing appointments, travel arrangements, medical assistance and other personal tasks as needed.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the employer.
**4. Property Maintenance**:
- Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of the residence.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard the residence and its occupants.
**5. Household Inventory and Procurement**:
- Maintain inventories of household supplies, groceries, and other items.
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement of supplies, furnishings, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure that the residence is stocked with necessary items and that any special requests are fulfilled promptly.
**1.** **Skill Sets Required**:
- The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and dedication to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the employer and their guests.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a VIP or high-net-worth household.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Must have: Arabic Verbal and Written, English will be added Benefit)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and be on call as needed.
- Flexibility in travelling to other locations/sites as and when required.
- Knowledge of Local language Arabic for efficient communication and coordination with the support staff and external vendors etc.
**2. Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in hospitality management, estate management, or related fields are desirable but not required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a VIP or high-net-worth household with over 3-5 years of experience
- Preferred Age bracket: 30- 40 years
- **Nationality: Egyptian**
