**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **BIM Manager/Coordinator** to oversee and manage the BIM (Building Information Modeling) services for our projects in Qatar. r.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Coordination & Collaboration**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related activities and coordination for projects in Qatar.
- Coordinate with the BIM modelers and teams in India to ensure that the required BIM models, drawings, and documentation are delivered on time, according to specifications.
- Ensure that all BIM models are compliant with local standards and project requirements.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with remote teams in India to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure seamless BIM integration.
- _**Project Management**:_
- Manage the BIM workflow across all stages of the project lifecycle, from design to construction.
- Assist in setting up the BIM execution plan (BEP) for each project and ensure its adherence throughout the project timeline.
- Monitor and track the progress of BIM-related tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet project deadlines.
- _**Quality Assurance & Control**:_
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of BIM models and associated data across all projects.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to ensure they meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Implement and enforce best practices for BIM modeling and documentation standards across all teams.
- _**Team Management & Coordination**:_
- Provide guidance and technical support to the BIM team, including modelers in India, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and information to execute tasks.
- Foster a collaborative environment between the Qatar-based team and the India-based modeling teams, encouraging clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Organize regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and align on project objectives.
- _**Software & Tools Management**_**:

- Ensure proper use and proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related tools.
- Coordinate and manage the integration of various BIM tools, ensuring the smooth transfer of data and model updates across platforms.
- _**Stakeholder Communication**:_
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to understand project goals, milestones, and requirements.
- Prepare and present BIM-related reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- _**Training & Development**:_
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices.
- Provide training and guidance to internal staff on BIM tools, standards, and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- _**Educational Qualifications**_**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Revit Certification, BIM Manager Certification) are a plus.
- _**Experience**:_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or coordination, preferably within the construction or architecture industries.
- Prior experience working with international teams or coordinating remotely is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing and delivering BIM services for large-scale construction projects, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is a plus.
- _**Skills & Competencies**:_
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, workflows, and standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM-related tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in maintaining quality control and accuracy in BIM models.
- _**Other**:_
- Knowledge of local Qatari regulations, standards, and building codes related to BIM is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- _**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**_**:

- Timely delivery of BIM models and documentation in line with project milestones.
- Effective communication and coordination between Qatar and India teams.
- Quality and accuracy of BIM models and deliverables.
- Compliance with project requirements, local standards, and client specifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR12,500.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
