Restaurant Supervisor

Doha, Qatar The House Restaurant Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts.
- Ensure that all service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols are met and maintained.
- Provide hands-on support to staff during peak business hours, assisting with customer service, order fulfilment, and problem resolution.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to address customer feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs to meet budgetary goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- years of experience in restaurant supervision
