**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking for a professional with an excellent understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and asset data to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The primary role is to promote, enforce, adopt and implement BIM technologies to ensure that the use of digital technologies and processes is maximised to deliver the client's aspiration.

**Duties**:
**Strategic**
- Responsible for delivering a business BIM technology strategy and promoting the benefits of BIM technologies
- Driving excellence in the implementation of digital information plans ans strategies of the QR Group
- Supporting the career development, coaching and mentoring of a team of staff
- Raising the profile of BIM within across departments and teams
- Adhering to the latest industry standards, QR IT Policy, QR Data Protection Policy and other QR Group Policies
- Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information.
- Look for efficiencies, productivity and streamlined process strategically in a QR Group wide
- Keep the organization informed about the latest and best practices in BIM and BIM software/tools

**Operational**
- Develop and finalise Scope of Services and Specification for BIM related deliverable in timely manner in line with the department or project timeline
- Develop, formalised QR BIM Standards, plan and guide for local and outstation projects to be used by the department and service provider to ensure all BIM deliverables are uniforms in standard and to meet or exceed quality set in the standard.
- Cross check, review and evaluate submitted unified/discipline wise the BIM contractual deliverable or master information delivery plan
- Development and update of BIM templates to be used by Design Service provider to ensure all BIM deliverables are uniform in standards
- Establish hands-on BIM training programme for the department staff with the use of BIM Tools such as Revit Navisworks on unified/discipline wise BIM models
- Manage Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS) such as ACONEX, BIM360 and other industry standard document management system
- Develop workflows and processed for data management system

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Engineering or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- 5+ years AED experience in BIM Management and implementation
- Excellent in IT Skills
- Great Verbal and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in collaboration and coordination
- Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes
- With certification Revit and Navisworks
- BIM multi-disciplinary skills

**Essential Skills**:

- Good knowledge and skills in BIM use, processed and tolls including Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks for all disciplines
- Good knowledge and skill in AutoCAD uses and processes.
- Good knowledge and skills in Oracle Aconex uses and processes
- Good knowledge and skills in CDE (Common Data Environment) uses and processes
- Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility of delegated tasks and workflows
- A sound knowledge of quality and document management processes
- Managerial skills
- ability to self-start / self-motivate, delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflows
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to train and develop subordinates
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members
- Ability to assess and identify areas for improvement at personal, team and organisational levels
