- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the successful implementation of advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attend Industry Events: Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand exposure and network with potential clients and partners.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the advertising industry or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present and negotiate with clients.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to devise innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
