**Descripción del Trabajo**

Instalar, operar y solucionar problemas de todos los equipos, dispositivos y sistemas audiovisuales, de proyección, iluminación y conferencias. Supervisar la instalación del equipo audiovisual en las salas de banquetes y de re UNIONes. Asegurarse de que todo el equipo audiovisual funcione correctamente, reparar o limpiar el equipo cuando sea necesario. Rotular los equipos averiados y comunicar los problemas al gerente o supervisor. Sujetar con cinta adhesiva y cubrir todos los cables y alambres sueltos. Cotejar los equipos entregados y la organización de la sala con el Pedido del banquete para el evento. Comunicar cualquier agregado o supresión en el diagrama al gerente o supervisor. Asistir y enseñar a los huéspedes y clientes acerca del uso y manejo apropiados del equipo audiovisual, vender mejores y diferentes servicios audiovisuales y controlar el manejo del equipo a intervalos regulares. Desarmar, retirar y asegurar los equipos cuando no se utilicen. Leer, comprender y seguir las pautas del libro sobre procedimientos operativos estándares de Marriott Visual Productions (programa MVP).

Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad y protección de la compañía e informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía, anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas y agradecer a los huéspedes con aprecio genuino. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Acatar las expectativas y los estándares de garantía de la calidad. Alcanzar, agarrar, voltear, manipular, mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras o menos. Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o máquinas. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
