**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- **System Maintenance**:
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- **Network Assistance**:
- Support network connectivity issues and collaborate with the network team to resolve complex problems.
- Assist in managing user accounts and permissions through Active Directory or similar systems.
- **Website Management**:
- Assist with building, updating, and maintaining company websites, with a strong focus on WordPress platforms.
- Troubleshoot website-related issues and ensure optimal website performance.
- **Documentation & Training**:
- Document troubleshooting steps, technical procedures, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Proven knowledge in website building and management, particularly using WordPress.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
