Maintenance Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for facilities and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate procurement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in supervising a maintenance team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Joining Date: As soon as possible

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
