**Job responsibilities**:
Answer inbound and outbound calls,

Scheduling and coordinating with maintenance team supervisor regarding the tenants complains

Follow up tenants’ complaints and initiate actions taken by the maintenance teams,

Ensure timely delivery of maintenance services,

Escalate to the management critical issues for immediate action and resolution,

Ensure the maintenance staff is equipped with necessary tools and materials for the given job,

Issuing job orders and assigns technicians when required,

Report to Maintenance & Facilities manager

**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC,

Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment,

Excellent Customer Service and problem solving skills,

Strong verbal and written communication skills,

Computer literate,

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
