Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits, tailored to each customer's needs.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on established criteria.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns or objections.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training, feedback, and personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1-year experience in tele sales in Qatar, cold-calling, or outbound sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport over the phone.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual language skills (Arabic-English)

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 per month
