- Maintain and develop The Pearl Gates brand voice across all content.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality of content across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the overall brand strategy.

**Market Research and Insights**:

- Conduct market research to understand trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to create relevant and appealing content that resonates with our audience.
- Stay updated on industry developments and integrate relevant information into content.

**Editing and Proofreading**:

- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
- Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines and is free from errors.

**SEO and Digital Marketing**:

- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate keywords and SEO best practices into content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Required Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for writing.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
