Office Manager and Human Resource

The Office Manager and Human Resource will play a pivotal role in managing office operations while handling various aspects of human resource management. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively oversee both administrative and HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters as necessary.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procure necessary office supplies and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office management and human resource roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- HR certification or relevant training is a plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
