**Your Role as a Maths Teacher**:
As a Maths Teacher at Newton Lagoon, you’ll inspire a new generation of problem-solvers and critical thinkers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Teaching Mathematics across **Key Stages 3, 4, and 5**.
- Preparing pupils for success in **IGCSE and A-Level examinations**.
- Creating engaging pupils that make complex concepts accessible and exciting.
- Supporting students in achieving their academic and personal best.
- Collaborating with a passionate team to enhance the Maths curriculum.
- Encouraging a growth mindset and fostering confidence in every pupil.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re searching for enthusiastic educators who:

- Hold a **Bachelor’s degree** in Mathematics or a related field (**Master’s degree** is a plus).
- Possess a **recognised teaching qualification** (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Have experience teaching Maths at **Key Stages 3 to 5**, including IGCSE and A-Level preparation.
- Are familiar with the **British National Curriculum**.
- Combine strong classroom management with the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
- Value collaboration, creativity, and continuous professional development.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
