**Job Purpose**:
The business Support Analyst will be Integrating business requirements into technology and ensure the smooth functioning of the business operations. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications. Help to design information systems architecture that needs according to the user’s requirements. Monitor the information system/existing systems regularly and take steps to avoid increased costs and the waste of resources and time. Ensure effective user participation and training with the proper motivation to achieve system acceptance. Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Gather information to determine or investigate why an existing system/App (Customer Experience). is not working well and is facing problems and what

changes should be implemented to solve these issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and present findings of studies to client committees
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution, and facilities
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

**Staff Development Tools**:

- Make a short quiz/questionnaire to determine:

- Staff Training needs (IT area).
- Top 5 problems/difficulties/complaints that facing Staff. (Quarterly)
- Gap Analysis report defines the (IT) gaps to be recovered in the shortest period.
- Analyze and evaluate app./software efficiency from a staff point of view. (Biannual/Quarterly).

**IT Communication**:

- Set the IT Communication Plan.
- Determine/select the type of Announcements, Information, Security, Warnings, Tips & tricks, New features/service, and the known issue that should be communicated to Staff.
- Preparing IT Engage Programs/Events/Campaigns for staff. (Motivating programs).

**Training & Staff development**:

- Conduct user testing for new information systems/Apps.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures/processes.
- Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Review and evaluate training and internship programs for compliance with government standards.
- Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
- Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures.
- Conduct regular, the whole organization needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need addressing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and provide summary reports to management, determining the impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals.
