We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team in the wellness & cosmetology Clinic. As a Sales Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, customer care, and operations, to maximize revenue potential and ensure the achievement of our sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies: Utilize your exceptional analytical skills to read financials and budgets, converting them into actionable sales plans. Monitor the efforts of the marketing team, formalize their strategies, and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for marketing spend.
- Coordinate with customer care: Collaborate closely with the customer care team to translate customer concerns and feedback into valuable opportunities for the business. Use your excellent communication skills to foster a customer-centric approach and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create synergies within departments: Identify opportunities for synergy and collaboration across different business departments, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment. Proactively seek ways to align goals and strategies for improved overall performance.
- Develop promotions and campaigns: Demonstrate your creativity and business acumen by creating compelling promotions and campaigns on a monthly basis. Utilize market insights and financial analysis to ensure profitability while attracting new customers and maximizing revenue from existing ones.
- Provide monthly sales plan: Take ownership of the sales planning process by preparing and presenting a comprehensive monthly sales plan. Incorporate sales targets, strategies, and forecasts, highlighting areas for growth and improvement.
- Self-starting: Exhibit a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, Continuously explore new ideas to improve our offerings and meet customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Strategist or in a similar analytical role within the similar industry.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to read financials, budgets, and convert them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create promotions and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of the wellness industry trends and market dynamics.

**Salary**: QAR12,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
